1. Who is responsible

ClimMaTech Pvt. Ltd., Salgi, Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, India, decides why and how the information described here is used. Contact: admin@climmatech.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), organisation, role and your message.
• Job applications (Careers page): name, email, experience, LinkedIn link and your message.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send to us directly.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, which our server uses to limit spam and abuse and to keep security logs.
• Visit statistics: when you open a page we record the page, the date and time, where you came from (for example Google or LinkedIn), your approximate location (country, state and city, estimated from your IP address), and your device type, browser and operating system. We do not store your IP address in these statistics and we do not use cookies for them. To count unique visitors we make a one-way code from your IP address and browser details that changes every day, so it cannot be used to follow you across days or to identify you. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, we do not record your visit.
• Google Analytics (only with your consent): if you accept analytics cookies on our cookie notice, Google Analytics also collects usage data about your visit, including your IP address, which Google processes on our behalf. You can withdraw consent at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. See the Cookie Policy.

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send them.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or deployment assessments you ask for.
• To consider your job application and contact you about it.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To protect the site from spam, abuse and security threats.
• To meet legal obligations.

4. Your consent

By submitting a form you consent to us using the information you provide for the purpose stated on that form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect what we did before, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep.

5. Who sees it

Your submission is delivered to our team by email and stored on our server. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with:

• service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, email delivery, spam protection and (if you accept it) Google Analytics, who may process it only on our behalf;
• authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation or business relationship lasts and for a reasonable period after, usually no more than three years. Job applications are kept for up to twelve months after the role is filled, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. After that we delete or anonymise the information.

7. Security

Access to submissions is restricted to authorised staff behind a login, and forms are protected against automated abuse. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and how it is used;
• correct or update it;
• delete it;
• withdraw your consent;
• use the grievance process below.

Email admin@climmatech.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.

9. Children

This website is meant for businesses, institutions and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

10. Cookies and links to other sites

See our Cookie Policy. This site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and news sources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
