Data Logger

High-Performance Industrial Data Logger

A rugged industrial data logger for remote hydrological and environmental monitoring. It collects readings from field sensors, stores them locally and sends them securely to the ClimMaTech cloud over cellular and other networks. Programmable relay outputs can trigger sirens and other equipment.

Data Logger – High-Performance Industrial Data Logger

Key Features of Data Logger

Versatile Sensor Support

Connects ClimMaTech sensors and third-party analog, SDI-12 and Modbus sensors on one unit.

Reliable Remote Connectivity

GSM (2G / 3G / 4G) with NB-IoT option, plus local storage so data is not lost when the network drops.

Secure Telemetry

Encrypted data transmission and device authentication from the field to the cloud.

Built for Off-Grid Sites

Low-power design with an integrated solar charge controller for remote riverbank and bridge installations.

FAQs about Data Logger

What sensors can it connect to?

Analog voltage and 4-20 mA sensors, pulse and status inputs, and digital sensors over SDI-12 or RS-485 (Modbus RTU). That covers ClimMaTech's radar sensors and most third-party hydrological and weather sensors.

What happens if the network goes down?

The logger keeps recording and running its alerts and relay outputs locally, then sends the stored data when the connection returns.

Can it trigger external devices like sirens?

Yes. Programmable relay outputs can activate the RAKSHAK siren or other equipment automatically when a threshold is crossed, or on remote command.

Can it run on solar power?

Yes. It has an integrated solar charge controller and low-power sleep modes for off-grid sites.

How secure is the data transmission?

Data is sent over encrypted connections (TLS) and each device authenticates to the ClimMaTech cloud.

Can the data logger be used to build an AWLR or AWVLR station?

Yes. With 4-20 mA, SDI-12 and RS-485 inputs it can read a radar level sensor such as TARANG, or a level and velocity radar such as PRAVAAH, store the readings and send them over cellular and other networks. The data logger is coming soon.

Where is The data logger made?

The data logger is designed, engineered and made in India by ClimMaTech. It is built for outdoor use anywhere, with an operating range of -40°C to +70°C and GSM (2G / 3G / 4G) connectivity. It is coming soon.
